For the multiple payslip configuration w.r.to different client process, in the application we have an feasibility of the payslip mapping in the application.
There are three levels at which payslips can be map in the application
- Client Level : Client level mapped Payslip will generate.
- Contract Level : Contract level mapped Payslip will generate w.r.to tagged employees under the same contract.
- Cost center Level : Cost center level mapped Payslip will generate.
1.Client-Level Payslip Mapping :
follow the below mentioned steps to map the payslips at the client level :
- Navigate to the Clients Module >> Select the specified the client >> Navigate to client profile >>Chose the Setting option which is available under client profile.
- Select the Setting option >> navigate to Client Option >>Map the client specified Payslip and save.

2. Contract-Level Payslip Mapping
follow the below mentioned steps to map the payslips at the client level :
- Navigate to the Contract Module >> Select the specified the client contract >> Navigate to contract profile >>Chose the Contract option which is available under contract profile.
- Select the Contract option >> navigate to Contract Option >>Map the client specified Payslip under Payroll section and save.


3. Cost Center-Level Payslip Mapping
follow the below mentioned steps to map the payslips at the client level :
- Navigate to the Setting option>>Company Set up>> Cost center >>Chose the cost center which has been created and edit the same using edit option.

- In the selected cost center map the Payslip and save.

Note : Default Payslip will generate from the Cost center level mapped details, If client & contract level no configuration.
If client level mapped, then payslip will generate based on the client level mapping.
If Contract level mapped , then payslip will generate based on the contract level mapping.
