Creation of new Client and Contract:


There are two ways to create new clients and contract:

  1. Creating individually one by one client/contract.
  2. Using bulk excel import by downloading sample format and fill data and upload back to create in bulk.
  1. Click on create client button to create individual client one by one.
    • Navigate->Client from menu list and click on create client button.
    • Enter client information with address.
    • Enter Billing information like GST details and invoicing information.
    • Selection of cost center if having multiple entities where from invoice will be raised.
    • Enter contact information of client SPOC details.
    • Refer attached helpfile for more details

  1. Click on create contract button to create individual contract one by one
    • Navigate->Client from menu list and click on create contract button.
    • Select Client from the drop-down menu by entering 3 letters.
    • Enter Contract Name as required and then select client contact spoc name from the drop-down menu.
    • Enter contract start and end date keep long end date if there is no end date.
    • Select created billing options from the dropdown menu.
    • Select created HR options from the dropdown menu.
    • Select responsible contract engagement lead from the dropdown menu and click on save.
