In the application we do have an documents storing functionality under Client level, contract level,Employee level w.r.to the activity. Ex: Client agreements copy , NDA, Contract extension copy. etc..
Follow the below mentioned steps to upload the document under a specific client & contract:
1.Client -Level Document Mapping Steps:
- Navigate to the Client Module >> Select the specified client >> Navigate to the client details profile.

- Access the Documents option available under client profile. Click on the documents and create the documents using the create option.

- Upload the documents copy under choose file option and choose the Document type under the drop-down.
- Describe the documents details and save the same.

- Once the documents has been uploaded , data will available always to access in the application. Multiple documents storing also available.

Note: In order to get the document type drop down , Create the the document type in the Master level.
1. Navigate to setting >> General Master >> Documents list .
2. Create the new documents with Document for option should be Business ( Sales/Client/Contract ) & Documents type should be Upload.

2.Contract-Level Document Mapping Steps:
- Navigate to the Contract Module >> Select the specified client-contract >> Navigate to the contract details profile.
- Access the Documents option available under contract profile. Click on the documents and create the documents using the create option.

- Upload the documents copy under choose file option and choose the Document type under the drop-down.
- Describe the documents details and save the same.

- Once the documents has been uploaded , data will available always to access in the application. Multiple documents storing also available.
