Contract End Date Extend process for client-contract

In the application created each client having the contract and It includes with end date based on the client contract agreement. Application will allows the employees to onboard with in the contract and allow to process the payroll with in the contract. Once the end date has been crossed application will not allow to do employee onboard & payroll  activity . During the period need to extend the contract date.


Follow the below mentioned steps to follow the contract extension.

  • Navigate to the section of contract and filter out the contract selected client contract.

  • Contracts that have either expired or exceeded their end date are listed in the End Date crossed tab.
  • Navigate to the 'end date crossed' tab and click on the contract to alter the end date associated with the contract.

  • Click on the select contract with navigate to profile details.
  • In the section detailing the contract, select the right side of the dropdown
  • Click on edit button to modify or extend end date of contract.

  • Modify or extend end date of contract proceed to save the details.
