ESS Policy configuration- Master level/Contract Level

In staffing, a policy refers to a set of guidelines, rules, or principles that an organization follows to manage its workforce. These policies help ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance with legal requirements, and they guide decision-making related to employee hiring, development, performance, compensation, and other workforce-related matters.

In staffinggo application ,We do have Policy storing  functionality with effective date . Policy documents such as Leave policy, organisation policy, ESIC Policy,etc..


In the application we do have two level of configuration

  • Master level configuration - Impacting to all client & employees.
  • Contract Level coonfiguration - Impacting to only for client-contract level employees


  • Master Level Configuration:

Before configuring the policy details need to set up the category of the policy/ Policy title.Example : ESIC policy.


  • Navigate to Settings list >> General Masters >> Masters (Onboarding ,consultant & BGV) >> ESS Policy master >> Create Master  Title & Save



  • Navigate to Setting List >>Comapany Set up >>ESS Policy Master
  • Click on + Symbol to create the  new policy and choose the proper policy master dropdown and effective date.
  • Upload the document under choose file and save the details. Configured policy documents are reflect in the Employee portal under policy documents section. (Policy master template is same has been create from the Master configuration)



  • Contract Level configuration
  • Navigate to selected client contract >> Contract options >> Policy master.
  • Follow the same process to add the policy documents same has master level.

  

  • Configured policy documents are reflect in the Employee portal under policy documents section with Effective dates wise. Old effective date policy documents are available under Old Policy documents section.
