Master Level & Client Level Approval Flow Configuration Steps:

Overview:  In the staffing GO application, we have multiple levels of approval configuration based on employee activity as well as internal user activity. In order to control the responsibility of the respective team & user need to set up a workflow in the application. We have 2 places of approval configuration options available in the application.

  1. Master level

  1. Client level

Method 1:Master level approval configuration.

 

Follow the below steps to configure the approval in the Master level.

  • Settings →Company Set Upà Portal settings → Approval settings.

  1. To download approval matrix report refer the option mentioned below. In the Approval matrix report client specified mapped approval as well Master level are available. Data will be available in the report after configuration.

      2. To add the new approval configuration, click on the + symbol. Add the type that is available in the        drop-down ( Activity to required) and the approver type in the dropdown for multiple approval           levels.

Example:  Leave approval request workflow configuration with selecting leave request under type option and approver which has PRM & SRM is mapped under approver type.

3. To download all the approvals data in excel using below mentioned export option.

Step 2: Configure the approval in client level.

Follow the below steps to configure the approval in the Client level.

  • Navigate to the client module and select the specific client.
  • Click on the Client name and navigate to Setting option. Click on Approval setting option which is available under setting to configure the approval work flow.
