Follow the below mentioned steps to configure the Exit process( Resignation process) in the application for the specific Client
1. Approval Matrix configuration :
- Configure the approval matrix under specific client level ->> Navigate to selected client >>Setting option>> Approval
- 1st level- Client contact (varies employee to employee) - Map the Client reporting manager under employee staffing details Reporting Manager option.
- 2nd Level - Skip Level Manager (varies employee to employee)-Map the Skip level manager under employee staffing details Skip Level Manager option.
- 3rd level - Client HR Manager ( Specific approver) - Map the Client HR manager under contract level contact name & Same need to map under contract option Client HR Manager . ( Select the contract >>Contract option >>Contract option >>Module option >>Choose client HR manager
2. HR Option configuration For Resignation process enable in ESS portal
- Navigate to Setting >>Staffing Master > HR option >> Create the HR option with enable the below mentioned points.
- Enable the Resignation in ESS option.
- Configure the probation period & notice period under HR option.
- Map the configure HR option to under client contract.
3. Notification Mailer configuration:
- Navigate to Setting >> General Master >>System mailer>>choose the Exit mailer template .
- Configure the required formate mailer body both for employee and approver.
4. Resignation reason configuration :
- Navigate to Setting >>General Master >>Master >> Create resignation reason under
5. Employee Portal resignation :
- Once employee Login with ESS portal can able to access resignation option & submit the resignation with using resgination reason& resignation Note.
- Once employee raised resignation approval has been triggered to first level RM login. Reporting manager login to application & In my approval tab raised resignation are available and eview the resignation & approve / reject .
