Multiple Types Declarations Functionality and Usage Help File

The Declarations Section in StaffingGo is designed to collect information and confirmations from employees during  onboarding process, Resignation process and General activity via the ESS (Employee Self-Service) Portal.

This section contains questions or statements that employees need to acknowledge, declare, or provide information on.

The Declarations Section in StaffingGo collects employee responses  through the ESS Portal. This section can be configured at two levels:

1. Master Level – Global configuration applicable across all clients.

2. Client Level – Client-specific configuration overriding master settings.

1. Master Level Configuration :

• Navigate to Settings >> General Masters  >> Declarations >> Choose the Declarations  type from Drop-down .

   We have below mentioned Declaration category in the application:

Onboarding Declaration : It is applicable for onboarding process.  During the onboarding process additional details information can get  from the employee through employee ESS Portal. Verification of the declaration can able to once onboarding as submitted by the employee.

General Declaration :  During the any of the time irrespective of the employee activity required details can get from the employee through generation declaration initiation in the ESS portal. General declaration can able to review once employee submitted the details under general declaration.

Employee Resignation : It is applicable for Employee resignation process. During the employee resignation raise from the ESS portal along with additional details/ Resignation feedback  through declaration . 

HR Exit Interview : It is applicable  for the Employee Exit process. Behalf an employee HR can update the employee HR Feedback

• Select the specific declaration type, Click on the + Symbol to create the declaration QA details.
• Create the Title & QA/Statement under the declaration Body.
• Select Question Type (e.g., Yes/No, Text, Date, Multiple Choice) and Mark Mandatory if response is required and Save the declaration.

Note :

General Declarations:

• It is  an Access-based , Once we enable with the access to user  in core application, can able to access the complete general declaration initiate & submitted details review option.
