1. Total Resume Count Added in Sourcing Dashboard

Enhancement

A new dashboard bucket "Total Resume Count" has been introduced in the Sourcing Dashboard to provide recruiters with quick visibility into the total resumes available across sourcing activities.

2. Contract-Level Override Options Introduced

The following payroll controls can now be configured at the Contract Level:

a. Extra Day Payment Not Applicable for Salary Arrears Process

b. Maternity Leave – Zero Days Payment for ESI Eligible Female Consultants

c. Single PF Challan Per Payroll Month

d. Single ESI Challan Per Payroll Month

3. Copy Onboarding Link Option Added

Enhancement

A new "Copy Onboarding Link" option has been introduced in:

Core Portal
Client Portal

4. Employee Creation Approval Workflow in Client Portal

Enhancement

Approval workflow support has been introduced for employee creation requests initiated through the Client Portal.

5. Client Portal Dashboard Configuration

Enhancement

Administrators can now configure and customize the Client Portal Dashboard.

6. Payroll-Based Pay Perk Processing

Enhancement

A new option has been introduced in Flexi Basket:

"Pay Perk Payment through Payroll on Bill Submit"

7. ESI Calculation Based on Wage Amount

Enhancement

For organizations using the New Wage Code Salary Structure, a new option is available to calculate ESI based only on wage amount, irrespective of other ESI configurations.
