Help Guide: Direct Employee Registration through QR Code Scan

The application provides a QR code scan functionality that enables direct registration of employees by the Employee / Recruiter / Vendor. This self-service registration process allows basic employee details to be captured and added to the system for further processing.

Steps to Manage the QR Code-Based Registration Process

  1. Navigate to the Contract Module

    • Go to the Contract Module in the application.

    • Select the specific client contract where the candidate needs to be registered.

  2. Access the Contract Profile

    • Within the selected contract, click on the Contract Profile option to view detailed information.

  3. Generate the QR Code

    • Inside the Contract Profile, locate and click on the Extension option.

    • Select the "Generate QR Code" option from the available actions.

  4. Download or Scan the QR Code

    • You can either download the QR code or scan it directly using a mobile device.

    • Upon scanning, a registration form will open for the user to enter the candidate's basic information.

  5. Review in Employee Module

    • Once the registration is completed, the candidate details will be stored in the "Yet to Join" bucket of the Employee Module for further processing and onboarding.

Additional Notes:

  • This feature facilitates contactless and decentralized registration, especially useful for large-scale hiring or vendor-driven hiring models.

  • Ensure proper validation and review of the registered entries before proceeding with onboarding actions.
