Please follow the process outlined below when an employee goes on Maternity Leave:
Maternity Leave Application Process:
- Apply for Maternity Leave: The employee or HR should apply for the maternity leave for the eligible period.
- Update Employment Status: Once the leave is approved, update the employee's status to "Maternity Leave" in the system.
Generating a Maternity Leave Report:
To download a report of all employees currently on Maternity Leave, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Report section and select Consultant Report.
- In the Consultant Report, choose the Consultant List option.
- Apply a filter for Employment Status set to "Maternity Leave" and use the Consultant List Template labelled "Maternity Leave Employees."
- After applying the filter, click Generate. The system will produce the required report.
