Maternity Leave Process

Please follow the process outlined below when an employee goes on Maternity Leave:

 

Maternity Leave Application Process:

 

  1. Apply for Maternity Leave: The employee or HR should apply for the maternity leave for the eligible period.
  2. Update Employment Status: Once the leave is approved, update the employee's status to "Maternity Leave" in the system.

 

Generating a Maternity Leave Report:

 

To download a report of all employees currently on Maternity Leave, follow these steps:

 

  1. Navigate to the Report section and select Consultant Report.
  2. In the Consultant Report, choose the Consultant List option.
  3. Apply a filter for Employment Status set to "Maternity Leave" and use the Consultant List Template labelled "Maternity Leave Employees."
  4. After applying the filter, click Generate. The system will produce the required report.
