General Steps to Create Skills

  1. Login to the Application

    • Use your admin or HR credentials.

  2. Go to Settings / Masters

    • Navigate to:
      Settings → Genaral Masters → Skills Master.

  3. Click on “Add / Create Skill”

    • Click the “+” or “Add New” button.

  4. Enter Skill Details

    • Fill in:

      • Skill Name (e.g., Java, Payroll Processing, Communication)

      • Skill Type(Technical / General / Behavioral)

  5. Save

    • Click Save / Submit.

  6. Map Skills to Employees / Roles

    • Go to:

      • Employee Profile → Skill mapping → Add

  7. Review & Update

    • Periodically review skills and update as required.
