If a location is missing in the system, you can easily add it following the steps below. This guide will walk you through the process to ensure all locations are correctly created and available for use.
Step-by-Step Instruction
Step 1: Navigate to the Locations Section
- Once logged in, go to the Settings, in Settings General Master; Click on the Master
- Locate and select the Locations tab In the Master Page.
Step 2: Add a New Location
- Select the State of Location need to create.
- After selecting the state; Click on the + button at the right corner of the Locations page to Create the New one.
Step 3: Enter Location Details
Location Name: Enter a unique and descriptive name for the location.
Save and Validate: Once fields are filled, click Save. Verify the details entered to ensure there are no errors or duplicates.
Step 5: Confirm Location Creation
- After saving, the new location should appear in the Locations list.
- Double-check that it is visible and active. If not, refresh the page.
Troubleshooting Tips
- If you encounter errors while creating a location, ensure that the Location Name is unique and no Duplicates.
- Verify that you have the necessary permissions to create a new location. If you don’t, contact your system administrator.
