Employee E-Sign Configuration in Letters- Onboarding Documents

In the StaffingGo application  we do have functionality to capture the employee sign in the digital sign format and  sign images upload in the offer, appointment & HR Letter acceptance as well in the employee onboarding statutory documents e-sign.


Follow the below mentioned steps to configure the e-sign configuration:


Step 1: E-sign configuration enable process in the application.

  • Navigate to settings >> Company settings >> Portal settings >> Common settings >> Enable the Digital e-sign option (Enable Digital Signature (PFX certificate ).

Step 2 : E-sign configuration for Onboarding documents/ Statutory documents  :

  • Navigate to Settings >> General Master >> Documents List >> Select the specific documents to configure e-sign. 
  • Select the specific documents and click on view Digital Sign/ e-Sign
  • Click on + Symbol choose the drop-down which has been mentioned in the screenshot and save the e-sign configuration.
  • Select the highlighted drop down in the e-sign and save the documents template. Configured all documents will allow to employee to update the sign on documents and same will available for review.


Step 3: E-sign configuration for Offer Letter / Appointment Letter/ HR Letter.

  • Navigate to Settings >> General Master >> Template Library >> Select the specific Template such as Offer Letter/ Appointment Letter / HR Letter documents to configure e-sign. Follow the e-sign configuration on the letters same as documents.
