1. Invalid Email ID / Mobile / Access Denied


Error Message:
Invalid Email ID / Mobile / Access Denied”

Cause:
This typically occurs due to one of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect or missing email ID or mobile number in the employee record.

  • Employee is not marked as active in StaffingGo - May be - Exit or Date Of Leaving over .

  • Access permissions are not properly configured - In HR Option - Restrict Self Service Access

Solution:

  1. Open the Employee Record in StaffingGo.

  2. Verify that the Email ID and Mobile Number are correctly entered.

  3. Ensure the employee's Status is set to Active In HR Section 

  4. Check Employee Mapped HR Option permissions if the issue persists.


2. Staffing expired, Please contact HR

Error Message:
“Staffing expired, Please contact HR”

Cause:
The employee’s staffing end date has passed or is not updated in the system.

Solution:

  1. Open the Employee Record in StaffingGo.

  2. Navigate to the Staffing Detail section.

  3. Update the Staffing End Date to a valid future date.

  4. Save the changes.
