To update your UAN (Universal Account Number) in the system, please follow the steps below through either the ESS Web Portal or the Mobile App:

Via Mobile Portal(https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ess.futurz.com&hl=en_IN)
Step 1:
Login to the ESS Portal with your employee credentials.
Step 2:
From the left-hand menu, click on "Bank Details".
Step 3:
On the Bank Details screen, click on the “Edit” button (as shown in the image below, if applicable) and Edit option will be showing only during onboarding status is Initiated
Step 4:
Locate the UAN Number field, enter your valid UAN number, and click on “Submit”.
Step 5:
A confirmation message will appear once your UAN number is successfully saved.
Via Web App (https://emp.futurzhr.com/#/login)
Step 1:
Open the ESS Mobile App and log in using your employee credentials.
Step 2:
From the dashboard or menu, tap on "Bank Details".
Step 3:
Tap the “Edit” icon on the top-right or bottom of the screen (location may vary based on app version).
Step 4:
Enter your UAN number in the designated field and tap “Update”.
Step 5:
You will receive a confirmation pop-up upon successful submission.
