How to raise helpdesk request for UAN number update using ESS portal

Please follow below steps as mentioned below:

Step 1: Navigate to My Help Desk From Requests from Menu list.

Step 2: Click on "+" button as shown in below snapshot to raise helpdesk request for UAN number Update.

Step 3: Select UAN Related Query or appropriate helpdesk query which is available from the dropdown.

Step 4: After selecting Category from dropdown please update Subject and Details as shown below

Step 5: Appropriate team will update requested UAN number from admin application and update ticket status as closed and notify to you post that you can check update UAN number in Bank details
