Please follow below steps as mentioned below:
Step 1: Login to ESS Portal
Open your mobile app or go to the ESS Portal URL.
Enter your Registered Mobile No./Email Id and Password/OTP to log in.
Step 2: Go to Helpdesk Section
From the main menu, navigate to:
Requests > My Help Desk
Step 3: Raise New Helpdesk Request
Click on the “+” (Add) button to create a new request.
Step 4: Select Category
In the Category dropdown, select:
“UAN Related Query” or the relevant option provided.
Step 5: Fill in Ticket Details
Subject: Request for UAN Number Update
Details: Mention your correct UAN number and any additional remarks.
(You may also attach a document, if required.)
Step 6: Submit the Ticket
Click on the Submit or Save button to log your request.
Step 7: Post-Submission Process
The concerned team will review your request and update your UAN through the Admin application.
Once done, the ticket status will be marked as Closed, and you will receive a notification.
Step 8: Verify UAN Update
After receiving the notification, go to:
Menu > Bank Details
and check if your UAN number is updated correctly.
