Follow the below mentioned condition with example case application will consider as arrears in the application.
1. Employee March-2025 payroll has been processed with revised /Appraisal salary effective from Jan-2025. Along with March, Jan & Feb increment salary has processed. In this cases Jan & Feb salary will be employee arrears.
2. In Feb-2025 employee salary has been processed with 25 paid days out of 28 days & 3 LOP. During the March-2025 payroll along with march salary Feb 3 days need to process the salary . In this case Feb 3 days paid will consider as arrears days & Arrears salary.
3. In Feb-2025 employee salary has been processed 28 days. During March-2025 payroll process along with March , Feb-2025 additional days needs to process. Othose additional days amount were call it has additionaly day payout/ Arrears day payout.
