1. Navigate to Setting List >> Staffing Template >> Choose the Whatsapp Template option to configure the whatsapp template.
2. Before configure the Whatsapp template in Staffinggo application, Need to approve the required template in Whatsapp vendor portal. Once it has been approved same details can we configure in the application .
3. Click on the +Add Phone No & configure the Whatsapp linked mobile number with whatsapp portal. Whats app ID & Token details capture from the Whats app portal and save the same.
As per the below screenshot capture the Mobile number, Access Token & Phone number ID from the whats app portal.
4. Phone Number : Once you saved Phone number details available under Phone number drop-down.
Whats app Template Title : Copied the Whats template name from Whats app portal which has been under approved status.
Language Code : Choose the selected language under language code option same has been configured in Whats appportal.
Header Type : Choose the header type based on the Template configuration in vendor whatsapp portal it will text , image or vedio choosed.
Total Variable : Mentioned the number of variables used in the approved template in whatsapp portal. based on the numbe of variables use mentioned the var 1 * support tags which as been used in the template and save the template.

6. Once Whatsapp teplate has been configured in the application same need to map under the communication mailer. Navigate to setting >> General Master >> Template Library >> Choose the selected mailer Ex: Consultant comunication mailer. And choose the specific mailer template under the map the whats app template .
