In StaffingGo, a Restricted Holiday (RH) refers to an optional holiday that employees can choose to take based on their personal preferences, cultural background, or religious beliefs. Unlike Public Holidays, which are mandatory for all employees, Restricted Holidays allow employees to select a limited number of holidays from a predefined list.
For example, if a company provides two Restricted Holidays per year, an employee may choose any two from a list that includes festivals like Eid, Christmas, Diwali, Holi, etc. based on their preference.
First Step : Enabling the Restriction in Holiday Template
Second Step : Creation of Restricted Leave in Leave Type.
Third Step : Configuring that Leave type in Leave Template.
Fourth Step : Once these 3 steps will complete We need to map Holiday and Leave template to the employee. Once mapping done automatically it will be visible to the employee in ESS portal showing as “Restricted Holiday name ( R) “.
Follow the detailed steps below to configure Restricted Holidays (RH) in the StaffingGo application.
