The StaffingGo application includes a functionality for updating Client Lower TDS details. This is an annual activity aligned with the financial year, allowing revised Lower TDS details to be stored in the application alongside the existing ones, along with their supporting documents. These Lower TDS details are also linked to Invoice /invoice documents, ensuring that the effective date is accurately reflected. Based on the revision of Lower TDS, same can collect from the respective client and update in StaffingGO Application.
Follow the below mentioned steps to configure the LUT details in the application
- Navigate to Client Module >> Choose the specific Lower TDS applicabile client >Navigate client profile details
- Navigate to setting option under selected client >> Choose the Client Lowe TDS deatisl option.
- Click on + add symbol to create the Lower TDS details. Fill the all details and save along supporting documents with proper validity dates. Validity dates play an role of Lower TDS details reflection while raising specific client invoice. Once validity date cross Lower TDS details will not reflect.
- During the invoice raising default based on the Validity date Lowe TDS details will reflect and choose the same & raise the invoice.
- Using the {{LTDSCertificateNo}}, {{LTDSRate}}, {{LTDSValidityFrom}} these suppoting tags details in invoice template needs to configure. Based on the invoice template configuration Lower TDS details will refelect in the invoice documents.
