1. Employee Management & Onboarding
Enhanced Assets Letter Generation:
Asset letter generation process now aligned with existing letter generation workflows for consistency.




Client-Wise Age Configuration:
Added client-level(HR Options) configuration for minimum and maximum age limits. The system now validates employee creation based on these settings.


Onboarding Enhancements:
UI redesigned for improved user experience.

Supported eKYC option during employee registration.

Added validation messages for incorrect KYC detail updates.
Restriction added to limit the number of document uploads based on document configuration setup.

“Skill Details” section updated as part of onboarding flow.

- Requriment:
Work Venue (Site ID) Support:
Added “Workvenue ID / Site Name” field under Requirement Master.
Priority Option in Requirement Master:
Added configuration to define and select requirement priority levels.
2. Payroll & Compliance
PF Cap Enhancement:
When PF is capped, the system automatically caps PF Gross Value as well.Header Override Control:
Headers (PT, PF, LWF, ESI) override access now restricted based on user access rights.

Payroll UI Changes:
Removed “Process Invoice” and “Generate Payslip” sections from Lock Pending Bucket.

“Reprocess” option removed from Locked Tab.

Payroll Reports Enhancements:
Added filter option to exclude clients.

3. Leave & Attendance
New Leave Report Added:
Introduced new report under Leave Reports menu for enhanced tracking and analytics.
Attendance Module Enhancements:
Added “Leave” bin and aligned attendance bins for better categorization.
Added note section for attendance remarks.

Project Timesheet Defaults:
Default login/logout times now auto-load based on the mapped shift under HR option (start and end times).
Rate Card Timesheet Issue Fixed:
UI alignment and unbilled timesheet display issues resolved.
4. Client & Contract Management
Sourcing Fee Configuration:
“Mark as Default Staffing Rate” option added under PO Markup Items → Contract Level. The rate automatically reflects in associate PO details.Client Letter Generation:
New option added to generate Client Letters based on Template Configuration in master setup.



Log supported in clients for all configuration tabs:
System now logs branch contact meeting details for better audit tracking.


Markup Validation:
Validation message added for incorrect markup input (e.g., entering10..1shows error “Markup must be a valid number or percentage (e.g., 10, 12.5, 50%)”).Org Level Mapping:
Supported organization-level mapping for client entities.
Billing Calendar Log:
Added logging support for all Billing Calendar changes.
Column “Client Short ID” renamed to “Client ID”

5. Communication & Notifications
Email Trigger Enhancements:
Mail can now be triggered to official or personal employee email based on template-level configuration.
6. Income Tax
- Education Allowance Configuration:
Introduced configuration to permit Education Allowance (₹200/month) exemption for employees under the Old Tax Regime with eligible salary structure headers.
Portal settings → common Settings → Income → Allow Education Allowance
- Consultant TDS Computation:
Added new item “Child Education Allowance” next to Professional Tax when configuration is enabled (Core & ESS). 24Q Quarterly Filing Update:
For Salary: “Total Earnings” refers to Payable Amount irrespective of tax applicability.
For Reimbursements: Only TDS applicable amount considered as “Earnings” in “Amount of Payment/Credit (₹)”.
7. Payments & Billing
Payment Voucher Enhancements:
Added columns: Client Name, Internal Batch No., and Status in Payment Batch Details Page.
Ensured Payment Voucher Grouping grid matches Payment Voucher Details grid.
Count columns right-aligned for clarity.
Paid count redirects to Paid Cons page (similar for other counts).
Bank Statement Report and Attachments now visible within Payment Batch Details.


Independent Credit Note Support:
Supported generation of Independent Credit Notes for negative transactions even without a parent invoice.LUT Declaration Support:
Added provision for SEZ/Export with Payment of Tax Type under LUT declaration.
8. Application Configuration
Staffing End Date Flexibility:
Added configuration – “Allow to Create Employee’s Staffing End Date Beyond Contract End Date”.
When enabled, system will skip validation for contract end date during employee creation (manual & Excel import).
9. Compliance
Overtime Register Update:
Added columns for both Overtime and Normal Time for clarity in reports.
