Form-16 Downloading Process

Downloading Form 16:

There are two ways we can download form 16 from application

1.Employee wise download

2.Bulk Download

1.Employee Wise Download: 

• Navigate to Employee/Consultant Module-->>Choose /Filter selected employee
• Under Employee document Section refer the Consultant documents-->>Consultant Statutory Document lsit Form 16 will be available if it is already uploaded in application by users
• Click on the document can export PDF.
• This process applicable manual download for each employee.

2.Bulk Download:

• Navigate to Employee/Consultant Module, Choose the selected employees in bulk using filter option.
• Select the employees in bulk using check box option and click on the extension option.
• Choose the Document download option under the same select the Form-16 documents and download.
• Using this option we can able to download the stored form -16 documents in the application.

3. StaffingGo Formate Form-16 Generation: 

• Navigate to Employee/Consultant Module, Choose the selected employees in bulk using filter option.
• Select the employees in bulk using check box option and click on the extension option.
• Choose the Consultant Fom 16 download option under the same select the financial year need to generate form.
• Select the Form-16 documents under document type and download . System configured StaffingGO formate Form-16 will get generate
