? Introduction
Asset Allocation refers to the process of assigning or issuing company-owned assets (laptops, mobile phones, ID cards, etc.) to employees.
It helps track ownership, ensures accountability, and maintains records for audits, asset returns, or damage claims.
?️ 1. New Asset Creation Process
Login as an Application
Navigate to Settings → Masters
Click on Asset
Enter the Asset name in Master Title field and Click Save.
✅ The new Asset is now added and available for allocation.
?? 2. New Asset Allocation Process (Manual Method)
Go to Consultant and open employee profile
Click on Asset
Fill in Asset Allocation details:
Select the Asset
Add Asset No. (if applicable)
Add Issue Date
Enter Asset Details (optional)
Set Status = Active
Click Save
✅ The Asset Allocation record will now appear in the list.
? 3. Asset Allocation Process (Bulk Upload Method)
Step 1: Download the Template
Go to Consultant → Import Icon → Consultant Detail Import
Click on Update Consultant Details
Download the Sample Excel Template
Step 2: Fill in Asset Details
Open the Excel template
Enter the Asset details for each employee
Save the Excel file in your system
Step 3: Upload and Validate
Save the updated file
Go to Import Consultant Details from Excel → Update Consultant Details
Upload your file → Click Validate
If validation is successful → Click Import
✅ Now navigate to individual employee records or Download Bulk excel of asset mapped details to confirm the asset details are updated.
