StaffingGo Release Notes – September 2025
We’re excited to share the September 2025 updates, packed with powerful features and UI enhancements. This release focuses on Invoicing, Asset Management, Payroll, and Reporting – making StaffingGo smarter, faster, and more intuitive.
Top Highlights
Invoice Module
Service Charge Split → Separate lines for Payroll Margin & Consolidated Margin.
With above system will generate two separate invoice for Salary amount and markup amount
In mark Up Invoice Particular line item will separate for normal service line and Consolidated markup Line
New narration type supported → NA, Salary Headers, Designation, CTC/Bill Rate and Employee category
NA - Based on this no Impact in Invoice particular
Salary Header - Based on this System allow to setup the Particular line split based on the Salary headers
Designation - Based on this System allow to setup the Particular line split based on the Employee mapped designation
CTC/Bill Rate - Based on this System allow to setup the Particular line split based on the CTC/Billrate
Employee category - Based on this System allow to setup the Particular line split based on the Employee mapped category
Salary & E&D (Reimbursement) with respective Markups →New particular type added in the dropdown
With This option when user generate the consolidated Invoice for Payroll and reimbursement, in the Invoice line item will separate for Salary amount, E&D amount, salary Markup, Reimbursement and Reimbursement Markup
Negative Payroll Invoices → Auto Credit Note creation. If user select this option system will generate the credit note for Negative bill amount employees, If not select system will adjust the negative amount with Invoice
Narration Enhancements → Processing Month & PO Number supported in narration tags.
Contract Payment Terms Tag → Tag supported in Invoice document.
Asset Module
Now a separate settings module with complete asset lifecycle management.
New Classifications → Recoverable or Non-Recoverable.
Asset Number → Auto generation series configuration.
Enhanced Asset Master → Fields like Brand, Model, Serial No, Purchase Cost, Warranty Expiry, Vendor, etc.
Asset Status Tracking → Available, Allocated, Recover, In Repair.
Dashboard View → Quick status counts at a glance.
Comprehensive Asset Reports → All new fields and statuses included.
Other Key Enhancements
Payroll
Markup → Option to compute mark-up by Employee Category.
Timesheet Split Factor → Week-based payroll processing supported.
Timesheet Adjust → Additional Fields supported in timesheet adjustment Tab
Reports
Pay Register → Added Present Days, Week-Offs, Holidays columns.
Business Unit ID supported across multiple report templates.
Tax Bifurcation & Salary Structure Gross columns added.
New Reports → Payroll Revenue Report
ESS (Employee Self-Service)
Restrict file uploads → Block Excel/Word docs in claims (Web, Android & iOS). Based on HF option configuration.
ESI Photo Compression → Employee Photo upload Below 10 KB image restricted.
Attendance & HR
Absent Tab introduced in Attendance Dashboard.
Consider shift start time for working hours if employee login early → Based on this system will consider default shift start time as employee login time if employee Login before shift time.
Resigned Employees → Now visible in Attendance module.
HR Core → Added Reporting Hierarchy in employee details.(Only for corporate instance)
System & Integrations
Tally → Corrected Receipt Batch Voucher Posting.
Payments → New access to update Integration-Initiated Payment Status.
Mailer → Removed Manager CCs in reimbursement approval mails.(Based on the HR option)
