StaffingGo Release Notes – September 2025

We are pleased to announce the September release of StaffingGo, which includes multiple enhancements, fixes, and new features across Payroll, Billing, HRMS, Compliance, and Reports.

High-Priority Updates

1. Payroll & Billing Enhancements

   • Payroll Invoice allowed for Rate Card Employees and restricted until Payroll Invoice Credit Note; this setting is now managed under Billing Options (moved from Portal Settings).
     

   • Excel Pay Register Import aligned to refer Salary Header Master for computing Chargeable Amount.

   • In Salary Header Report, added column “Do not include into Chargeable Amount”.

   • Invoice Narration now supports editing Salary Header Name and reflects the same in Invoice narration.
     

   • Minimum Wages validation introduced based on Salary Gross as per configuration.
     

   • For new joinees in Assumption cycle, option to deduct LOP in arrears month is supported. For regular cases, LOP will continue to calculate in the existing month.
     

   • B2C / Unregistered GST Client Invoice posting is now supported into e-Invoice.

2. Reports & Compliance

   • New Attendance Reports added:

     • Absent Report

     • Consultant Not Punch Report

     • Consultant Weekoff & Holiday Worked Report
       

   • New Reports introduced:

     • Gratuity Provision Report
       

     • Gratuity Paid Report
       

   • Compliance report enhancement: Wage Register (all states) now supports Number of Days column.
     

3. HR & Approval Flows

   • When employees submit draft items in bulk, a consolidated email will trigger to Approver, based on HR setup.

   • SEZ type mapping is now supported at branch level.
     

Remaining Updates

1. Leave & Attendance

   • Leave History now displayed in descending order (latest first).
     

   • Employee Attendance Dashboard now displays Attendance Config Type.
     

2. HRMS Enhancements

   • Error validations improved while creating/editing Client and Contract.

   • While creating Employee record, removed unnecessary details:

     • Branch, Sub-Branch, Cost Center, Staffing, Division Employee Code.

   • Staffing Label removed from employee creation.

   • Minimum wages and CTC combined.

   • Success tab removed.

   • Past Employment label renamed.

   • Face recognition access rights check added.
     

3. Client Portal

   • Supported view/edit of Employee Bank Details in client portal, controlled via access rights.
     
     

4. Reports

   • Reimbursement Standard Pay Register Dynamic template now includes Employee Email and Mobile No columns.
     

5. Settings

   • Portal → Common Settings separated into individual sub-settings for better control.
