Initiation of Onboarding Process and Workflow for Consultants and HR Teams

Onboarding Initiation in Staffinggo

Onboarding Initiation refers to the process of triggering and managing the onboarding activities for a newly created consultant in the Staffinggo portal. Once initiated, the consultant receives login credentials and can start completing the onboarding requirements. The HR/Admin then verifies and approves the submitted details, ensuring compliance and smooth integration.


Below are the steps to Initiate Onboarding Process in Staffinggo:


Onboarding Initiation:

  • In order to initiate the Onboarding, Go to the Consultant and use the filter to filter out the consultants

  • Select the Consultants --> Click on the icon and Select Initiate Onboarding

  • Select the Mailer Template as Welcome Portal Credentials so that the Consultant's can use the Login Credentials to Login and Start the Onboarding process


In order to understand how the Consultant completes the Onboarding process and Submit for Review button will be enabled.

 

Here as in the above screenshot, all the fields which have been marked in red are to be filled mandatorily and only then can they be able to successfully submit for review.


Once the fields have been submitted to review, In the HR Dashboard the particular consultant will be appearing in the Verification Pending status in the Onboarding section as shown below:



Once the HR/Admin selects the relevant consultant then he is will be able to see the a section with various verification fields marked in red, these are all the fields which are pending from the HR/Admin to verify 



The Admin/HR can select the fields one by one and verify the details and once they have verified one can click on the verification button enter the remarks and then click on 


Once the details have been verified In the status section the fields will be appearing in green as shown below 


Similarly the HR can verify and enter the remarks for all the other fields and once all the fields are verified the Admin/HR can click on Update status and update the status of the onboarding.

Once the Admin/HR clicks on Completed an message comes whether the onboarding has been partially completed, if it is done completely then click on "No" else click on "Yes"


If the HR/Admin rejects the onboarding then in the onboarding dashboard it will go under the Returned for correction status as shown below 



Once the consultant re submits the onboarding details and submit for review again it will go under Resubmitted Verification Pending 


If the Onboarding details have been partially Completed then it will be appearing under the Onboarding Partially Completed


If the Onboarding has been completed then it will be appearing in the Onboarding Completed section

    


This is the Workflow from the Consultant to how the Admin/HR handles the Onboarding in the portal.
