Onboarding Workflow refers to the step-by-step process configured in the system to smoothly transition a new hire into the organization. It includes tasks such as document collection, system access setup, asset allocation, background verification. This workflow ensures that all onboarding activities are tracked, automated, and completed in a structured and timely manner, enhancing the new employee’s experience.
In Staffinggo, there is an Onboarding Process Checklist which one can refer to understand all the necessary requirements to Complete the Onboarding Process: Onboarding Process Checklist in StaffingGo Application
Based on the above Checklist, Below are the steps on how one can create and configure the Onboarding in Staffinggo through Manual and Bulk options:
Onboarding Configuration Workflow:
Document List Creation:
- Login as an Administrator
- Go to Settings --> Click on Document List
- In the Document List --> Click on New to Create a New Document List and Enter the details and enable the options as per your requirement as shown below
- Once the Document has been created, Click on Save.
Onboarding Expected Documents Configuration:
- Login as an Administrator
- Select the Client under the Client Module
- Under Client Module --> Click on Settings
- Under Settings Click on On-boarding Expected Documents
- Here you can add new Document details and also enable "Yes" or "No" if you want to consider Only the following documents to be considered for Consultant Onboarding
Mandatory Based Configuration:
- Similarly if you want to further give more Configurations based on "Mandatory basis, you can click on Client Onboarding Configuration and Make the options Mandatory for various fields based on your requirements as mentioned below.
- Once the Mandatory Configuration has been Enabled accordingly, Click on Save.
