Overview
Salary History refers to the record of an employee’s past salary details over time. It includes:
Previous CTC (Cost to Company)
Increments and their effective dates
Revised salary amounts
Remarks or notes related to salary changes
Maintaining salary history is crucial for:
Tracking compensation changes
Generating increment letters
Ensuring payroll accuracy
Supporting compliance and audits
Below are the steps on how one can one can access and verify the Salary History in the Staffinggo Application:
Manual Salary History verification Workflow:
- Click on Consultant Module and Filter the concerned Employee using Filter option available in the consultant dashboard
- Under the selected Consultant section --> Navigate to the HR Details --> CTC/Compensation Information--> Click on the Salary history icon which available.
- There will be two buttons there:
- Active: This will the show the currently active salary history mapped to the Employee
- All : This will show the both Active & Inactive salary structure which has been mapped to employee & modified by the user.
- Export the details using the download option which is available in the Salary history.
Bulk Salary History verification Workflow:
- Navigate to Consultant module --> Chose the Report option --> Select the Consultant Salary history report
- In this Consultant reports --> Click on Consultant Salary History --> Select the Client under the Client Details
- The Report can also be filtered out based on Contract List, Branch List.
- Click on Load Only Active Salary History checkbox if you want to download the view the latest Salary Details.
- Once all the filtered are applied and the relevant Clients are selected --> Click on Generate to generate the Salary History report.
