1. Invalid Email ID / Mobile / Access Denied

Error Message:
“Invalid Email ID / Mobile / Access Denied”

Cause:
This typically occurs due to one of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect or missing email ID or mobile number in the employee record.
  • Employee is not marked as active in StaffingGo (e.g., Exit processed or Date of Leaving crossed).
  • Access permissions are not properly configured (HR Option: Restrict Self Service Access).

Solution:

  1. Open the Employee Record in StaffingGo.
  2. Verify the Email ID and Mobile Number are correctly entered.
  3. Ensure employee Status is set to Active in HR section.
  4. Check mapped HR Option permissions if issue persists.



2. Staffing expired, Please contact HR

Error Message:
“Staffing expired, Please contact HR”

Cause:
The employee’s staffing end date has passed or is not updated in the system.

Solution:

  1. Open the Employee Record in StaffingGo.
  2. Navigate to the Staffing Detail section.
  3. Update the Staffing End Date to a valid future date.
  4. Save the changes.
