1. Invalid Email ID / Mobile / Access Denied
Error Message:“Invalid Email ID / Mobile / Access Denied”
Cause:
This typically occurs due to one of the following reasons:
- Incorrect or missing email ID or mobile number in the employee record.
- Employee is not marked as active in StaffingGo (e.g., Exit processed or Date of Leaving crossed).
- Access permissions are not properly configured (HR Option: Restrict Self Service Access).
Solution:
- Open the Employee Record in StaffingGo.
- Verify the Email ID and Mobile Number are correctly entered.
- Ensure employee Status is set to Active in HR section.
- Check mapped HR Option permissions if issue persists.
2. Staffing expired, Please contact HR
Error Message:“Staffing expired, Please contact HR”
Cause:
The employee’s staffing end date has passed or is not updated in the system.
Solution:
- Open the Employee Record in StaffingGo.
- Navigate to the Staffing Detail section.
- Update the Staffing End Date to a valid future date.
- Save the changes.
