To map the employee salary break up we do have an both and manual update option in the application. Before releasing the offer letter need to update the employee salary /CTC details in the application in the form of CTC, Gross, and Net take home.
Method 1: Manual Salary structure update.
Follow the below-mentioned steps:
- Filter the selected employee in the Consultant/ Associate tab using the filter option. Filtered employee available in the employee list.
- Navigate to the employee profile and click on the HR details àCTC compensation Information option.
- Click the "Edit" button to update the employee salary structure.
- Update the Designation (The designation will be displayed in a dropdown. Not available designation need to create in master level.
- Update the Salary Structure Template (The template will be displayed in a dropdown.
- Update the effective date (The employee's joining date is the salary effective date ).
- Select the CTC type from the dropdown.
- Enter the CTC amount in the text field.
- Click the "Refresh" button to view the updated employee salary structure details.( If the salary structure is formulated all header amounts will allocate auto on each break up components/ If the structure is manually input allocate the amount under each header) and save the details.
Method 2: Bulk Salary structure update using Excel import
Follow the below-mentioned steps:
- Navigate to Employee module à> select the import option & choose the consultant details import option.
- Select the Salary details import option and click on the same option and download attached excel formate to prepare the salary details to import in bulk.
- Prepare the excel sheet with referring the instruction page available in the import sheet.
- Upload the same sheet in the choose file/ upload file option with selecting the specific salary header under select salary header option.
- Date will validate in first import and save the same salary details with click on import on second time.
