This option allows you to mark a contract as inactive once it is no longer valid or applicable. Inactivation ensures the contract is not used in any active workflows or transactions, while still keeping the record for reference and audit purposes.
Below are the steps one can inactivate the Contract in Staffinggo portal:
- Login as an Administrator
- Click on Contract
- Search for the relevant Contract/ Filter out the Contract
- Once the Contract has been filtered
- Click on the icon as shown below
- Once clicked on this icon --> Click on inactive button --> Add remarks
- Click on save once remarks have been entered the status has been inactive.
