Overview
The Consultant Week Off & Holiday Configuration feature allows administrators to define:
Regular weekly offs (e.g., Sunday, Saturday)
Specific holidays applicable to each consultant or client
This ensures accurate tracking of attendance, leave, shift planning, and payroll.
Steps to Update Holiday & Week Off Details
Manual Updating Process
Login as an Administrator.
Navigate to Consultant.
- Select the Consultant --> Click on Staffing Details
- Click on Edit icon as shown below and under the Templates section Click on Week Off Template and Select the relevant Week off Template for the Consultant
- Scroll down and Click on Save
- In Similar Manner under Templates section Click on Holiday Template and Select the relevant Holiday Template for the Consultant
- Scroll down and Click on Save
Bulk Client Updating Process:
- Login as an Administrator
- Click on Consultant --> Click on the below icon --> Select Consultant detail Import
- Click on Update Consultant Details and Download the Sample Excel Template
- In the Excel Template you will find "Weekoff Template" and "Holiday Template" in the Instructions Sheet.
- Copy the headers you want to update and paste it in the Consultant_Details_Update sheet as shown below and Update the Relevant Templates name which has been created in the Staffinggo portal
- Save the File --> Go to Import consultant details from Excel section and under the Update consultant details, Click on Upload File --> Upload the File
- Click on Validate and if all the details are correct, Click on Import
- Now you can verify if the Templates have been updated in the desired Consultant details
