HOW TO UPDATE PAYMENT STATUS?
Payment status can be update in 2 ways:
Import payment status in bulk
Payment Status update individual
Import payment status in bulk
Perform the following steps to configure the Payment Status.
Click on; option and select Payment Details Import to import payment status details data sheet in bulk.
Click on; Download sample excel template to download the system pre-defined sample sheet to input the payment status details.
Follow the instructions given in the first sheet (Instructions) of the spread sheet and follow the guidelines for uploading the data in requirement.
Note: In excel, you have to update payment status such as payment release, payment paid & payment stopped. And also you can update the bank details for the employee.
Fill the dates by referring generated pay register sheet. Remark should be mandatory.
Once the data is ready to upload the file, upload the file; system automatically does the validation and displays the validation message. If any error it displays the message otherwise it displays as “Valid”.
Once the data is valid. Click on; Import button to push the data.
If all the data is valid system displays the message as “Record Updated”. Those successful data will be available for user to use.
NOTE: Update the payment status in stage of invoice pending, locked transactions & invoiced transactions level.
Case 2:- Update payment status in individual
Navigate to; Payroll ?Click on; Locked transaction count.
Invoice locked employees will be displayed based on the client wise. Click on; count, it displays number of employee’s in locked transaction against the specific client.
Select/Choose Client and click on; Load Associate list to load all the employees whom you have to update status.
To filter the employees select the load associate list with filter to refine the search results.
Select employee whom you need to update payment status clicks on; update payment status.
Against each employee click on; update status option to update the payment status details individually.
Input the required data and click on; Update button.
Click on; CANCEL option not to save the payment status details.
While updating payment status you have to choose the appropriate drop-down.
Below are the different types of payment status:
Paid- Payment status has to pay.
Stop payment- Payment status has stopped.
Release payment- Payment status has released.
Payment initiate- Payment status has initiated to pay.
Payment rejected- Payment status has rejected.
How to Generate Bank Statement?
Navigate to; Payroll ?Click on; Locked Transactions count.
Choose/select the employee whom you have to update the payment status against the client and click on; Report.
In the report section; select the Bank statement report.
Based on the filter, click on; Generate button. 2 reports will get generated
Standard application report
Bank statement report based on the specific bank configured in the system.
Note: Each bank will have their own formats, application as supported all the formats.
Standard application format: Report displays the entire employee list with payment status as shown in the below screenshot.

How to update Payment status in Associates Payments?
Click on; Payroll ? Payroll Dashboard.
Click on; Extension option ? choose Associate payment from the drop-down list.
Click on; Associate payment ? it navigates to associate payments details dashboard.
You will be able to view the updated payment status count.
Click on; each status count it will display the payment status updated employee list.
Payment pending ? it displays all the employees which are in yet to pay status.
Stop payment ? it displays the employees which are payment has stopped.
Release payment ? it displays the list of employees has payment is released.
Paid ? it displays the list of employee’s payment has paid.
Payment initiate ? it displays the list of employees payment has been initiated.
Payment Rejected ? it displays the list of employees payment has been rejected
Click on; payment pending count, it display consultant transactions details. Select the employees and click on; Update Payment Status.
In Associate payment also you can be update the payment status in 2 ways.

Update payment status in individual
Select/Choose employee to update payment status or u can use the filter option to search the particular employee. Click on; Update payment status that to you have to update status.
You input the required data and click on; Update button.
Click on; Cancel option for not save the payment details.
Note: In each stage we can update previously updated employee status in bulk and also individually.
