1.1 Welfare Deduction Configuration
StaffingGo now supports configurable welfare deductions with controls at the salary header, portal settings, and contract levels.
Salary Header: New option to enable welfare deduction applicability.
Portal Settings: Option to enable welfare deductions and configure the applicable percentage.
Contract-Level Override: Ability to override the default welfare deduction configuration for specific contracts.
1.2 Income Tax Updates for FY 2026–27
The system has been updated with the applicable new Income Tax sections and forms for FY 2026–27, supporting the updated tax configuration and related payroll processes.
2. Banking & Payment Processing
2.1 Axis Bank Payment File Format
StaffingGo now supports the new Axis Bank payment file format, enabling payment files to be generated in the supported format for bank payment processing.
3. PO Markup
3.1 PO Line Item Import – Inactive Status
The PO Line Item Excel import functionality has been enhanced with a new Inactive (Yes/No) option for existing PO line items. This allows users to manage the active status of PO line items through the import process.
3.2 PO Markup – Flat or Percentage
A new markup type selection is available in Purchase Order management. Users can configure PO markup using either a Flat Amount or a Percentage, providing greater flexibility in markup calculations.
4. Learning Management System (LMS)
4.1 Training Module Enhancements – Part 1
The Training module has been enhanced and renamed to Learning Management System (LMS). The following improvements have been introduced:
Module Renaming: The Training module has been renamed to LMS.
Training Type Master: Users can now configure and maintain Training Types through the master component.
Assessment Template Creation: A dedicated Create Assessment Template button is available within the Training module.
Objective-Based Assessment Questions: While creating assessment questions, users can now configure questions as objective-type questions.
5. Timesheet Management
5.1 Effective-Date-Based Week-Off and Holiday Templates
StaffingGo now supports configuring week-off and holiday templates based on their effective dates. This allows the applicable template to be managed according to the defined effective period.
5.2 Enhanced Timesheet Adjustment Buckets
A new bucket has been introduced in Timesheet Adjustment, aligned with the existing Timesheet functionality. This enhancement provides a more consistent structure for managing timesheet adjustments.
6. Client Portal
6.1 Payroll Transaction Number Against Invoice Number
The Client Portal now supports displaying the Payroll Transaction Number against the corresponding Invoice Number, improving traceability between payroll transactions and invoice records.
7. Invoicing
7.1 Invoice Document Checklist – Portrait-Wise Configuration
StaffingGo now supports configuring invoice document checklists at the Portrait View
8. Administration & Usability Enhancements
8.1 Updated User Role Excel Report Format
The User Role Excel report format has been updated to improve the presentation and structure of exported user role information.
8.2 Search Functionality in Master and User Template Components
Search functionality has been introduced in the Master and User Template components, enabling users to locate relevant records more efficiently.
