1. Dynamic Pay Register – PF, LWF & PT Applicability Flags

The Dynamic Pay Register now supports dedicated applicability flags for:

• PF Flag – Yes/No
• LWF Flag – Yes/No
• PT Flag – Yes/No
  

2. Auto E&D Synchronization Based on Attendance

A new option has been introduced to synchronize E&D (Earnings & Deductions) automatically with Payroll based on attendance days.

Once enabled, the applicable E&D information will be synchronized into payroll based on the employee's attendance worked days

3. Prefilled Timesheet Download

A new Prefilled Timesheet Download option has been introduced.

Users can download a timesheet template with the relevant employee and timesheet information pre-populated, making it easier to update and import timesheet data.

4. Dynamic Pay Register & Invoice Pay Register – Contract Code

The Contract Code field is now supported in:

• Dynamic Pay Register
• Invoice Pay Register – Dynamic Report
  

5. Comp-Off – Date Selection During Application

The Comp-Off application process has been enhanced to support date selection while applying for Comp-Off.

Users can now select the applicable date while submitting a Comp-Off request.

6. HR Option – Skip Days for Adjustment Calendar Validation

A new option has been introduced under HR Options to configure Skip Days for Adjustment Calendar Validation.

This option provides flexibility when the payroll cycle changes between months.

Use Case

For example:

• Previous month was processed using Actual Cycle.
• Current month is changed to Assumption Cycle.
• Employees may need to raise Attendance Corrections or Leave Requests for dates that would otherwise fail the adjustment calendar validation.

With the new option enabled, configured days can be skipped during the adjustment calendar validation, allowing users to raise Attendance Corrections and Leave Requests without requiring date adjustment.

7. E&D Import & Timesheet Adjustment Import – UI Enhancement

The user interface for the following import processes has been enhanced:

• E&D Import
• Timesheet Adjustment Import
  
  

. Flexi Week-Off Summary in Attendance

A new Flexi Week-Off Summary has been introduced in the Attendance module.

The summary provides visibility into employees' Flexi Week-Off details and helps users review the applicable week-off information.
