Global Search Enhancement

Client Employee Code Filter Supported

Users can now search employees using Client Employee Code in Global Search.

Split Rated card Time Sheet – Deletion Validation

• If a Time Sheet is split, deleting a single split entry is not allowed.

• All related split time sheets must be deleted together.

? Prevents payroll inconsistencies.

Restriction on Time Sheet Submission

Employees cannot submit Time Sheet if:

• Leave request is applied but not approved

• Applicable only for:

  • Self Service Time Sheet

  • Biometric configured Time Sheet type

(Controlled via Billing Options configuration)

Adjustment Process Change

Adjustment window now supports enhanced Time Sheet Summary View including type-wise breakup.

Payroll Enhancements

Payroll Summary – Multi Client View

New Features:

• Select multiple clients for consolidated summary

• View grouped list:

  • Client-wise (1 by 1)

  • Consolidated View

Payroll Summary Loading Issue Fixed

• Payroll Summary now loads properly even if payroll is processed from:

  • Time Sheet – Payroll Pending List

Post Payroll Process Update

• Displays Number of Transactions Count
  (instead of Batch Count)

Improves financial audit tracking.

Tally Integration Update

Supported [ProcessMonth] Tag in Tally Cost Center
