StaffingGo – Monthly Release Notes

Release Month: February 2026

1. Employee Health Check-Up Details – New Feature

A new section has been introduced to capture and maintain Employee Health Check-Up details within the employee profile.



2. Reimbursement Attachment – Bulk Download Option

A new bulk download functionality has been enabled for reimbursement attachments.



3. Timesheet Import Validation Enhancement

Timesheet import functionality has been enhanced with additional validations.

New Validations:

  • Employee Date of Joining (DOJ) validation.

  • Employee Location validation during import.

  • System verifies that uploaded timesheet records match master data.

Impact: Prevents incorrect data upload and ensures payroll accuracy.


4. ESS – Past Dated Shift Change Request Control

ESS now supports shift change requests for past dates with controlled validation.

Rule:

  • Employee can submit past-dated shift change requests only if the timesheet for that month has NOT been submitted.


5. Leave Template Import Enhancement

Leave template configuration process improved for better mapping accuracy.

Update:

If a new leave type is added to an existing template:

  • During Excel import, all configured leave types (including existing + newly added) must be included - Previously working

  • Partial import (only new leave type) will be accepted. - New workflow


6. Core Application – Refresh Button Added (Penalize Section)

A Refresh Button has been added in the Core Application (Penalize section).




7. HR Toggle Option – Calendar View

HR users now have a toggle option to control calendar display format.


8. Attendance Correction Enhancement

Attendance correction is now allowed for Present days.



9. Leave Type Configuration Flexibility

System now allows creation of similar leave types with:

  • Same Short Name

  • Same Display Name

Bulk Download of Reimbursement Attachments

  • Introduced bulk download option for reimbursement attachments.


8. Dynamic Pay Register Template

  • Added E-KYC Status visibility for:

    • Bank

    • PAN

    • Aadhaar

9. 80JJAA Report Enhancement

  • Now includes:

    • All salaried employees

    • PF applicable & non-applicable employees

    • Excludes professional employees

Annual / Multi-Quarter Download Provision

Users can now download report for:

  1. Q1 – April to June

  2. Q2 – April to September

  3. Q3 – April to December

  4. Q4 – April to March


10. New Report – ESI Deviation Employees

A new compliance validation report introduced to identify employees where:

  • Salary Structure contains ESI Header

  • Employee not marked as “ESI Not Applicable”

  • Location not marked as “ESI Not Applicable”

  • ESI Gross Wages (Basic + DA + Retainer Allowance) < ₹21,000

  • Structure ESI Amount = ZERO


11. Payroll Notification & Validation Controls

Mail notification introduced for payroll process validations:

? Payroll Validation Alerts

  • Pay Days and Timesheet Pay Days mismatch

  • ESI No. missing but ESI deducted

  • UAN missing but PF deducted

  • ESI applicable but not calculated when gross < threshold

  • PT skipped due to age/disability

  • PT/ESI/LWF/TDS not mapped in Salary Structure

  • Past & Current Month statutory deductions mismatch

  • Salary Structure ESI not considered but payroll ESI calculated

  • Change in working location after past payroll

  • Change in Salary Header applicability

  • Employees with PAN & Aadhaar not linked (count display)

  • Payroll Recovery – Employee Count

  • First Payroll / Regular Payroll statutory deduction validations


12. Salary Histroy Report

  • Now supports:

    • “No Bill & No Pay” salary header visibility.
