To view the dashboard of approvals pending from an approver, the specific steps will depend on the access rights of the software. However, here are general steps you can follow:

  1. Log into the system:
    • Use your credentials to log into the software or system where the approval process is managed.

  1. Navigate to the approval dashboard:
    • Navigate to Pending Approvals from home dashboard and click on view details and Few approval types as mentioned below:
      • Employment Status Change Approval Request
      • Leave Approval Request
      • Miss Punch Request
      • Attendance Approval Request
      • Reimbursement Approval Request
    • In Approval dashboard, you will find following dropdown as mentioned below:
      •  My list – Approvals pending from your end will be shown

      • All List – Approvals pending of all requests it will be visible based on access rights enabled in user role template. (All Approvals to be Full)

  1. Filter for pending approvals:
    • Apply filters or search options to show Pending Approvals, Approved and Rejected Approvals.

    • Once in the relevant section, you will see a list of tasks awaiting approval. This could include a variety of information, such as:
