Overview

The May 2026 release introduces multiple enhancements across Payroll, Employee Management, Dashboard Customization, Invoice Processing, Compliance Reports, and Template Validation to improve operational efficiency, usability, and system controls in the StaffingGo application.

1. Mail Template Enhancements

New Feature

Introduced new mail type options in Mail Templates:

• Personally Only
• Official Only
  

2. Employee Login & Activity Status

New Column

Employee Login repot now supports:

• Employee Login Status
• Employee Activity Status Tracking
  
  

3. Dynamic Rate Card Template Columns

New Columns Supported

The following columns are now supported in Dynamic Rate Card Templates:

1. Process Month
2. Designation
3. Invoice Quantity
4. Unit Rate (Per Month)
   

4. Required Field Configuration & Audit Log

New Feature

Introduced option to:

• Configure required fields dynamically

5. General Invoice Tax Type Validation

Enhancement

While raising General Invoices:

• Only related tax types will be displayed
• Based on:
  • Client
  • Branch
  • Cost Center
    

6. F&F Report Enhancements

New Columns Added

The following columns are now supported in the Full & Final Report:

• Employment Status

7. PF / ESI / LWF Report Filter Enhancement

New Feature

Introduced “Between Month” filter option for:

8. Dashboard Card Arrangement

New Feature

Users can now arrange Dashboard Cards based on their requirements.

9. Cost Center Filter Support in Dashboard Modules

New Enhancement

Cost Center filter option is now supported in the following dashboard modules:

10. ESI Subcode Validation

Enhancement

Added Cost Center validation while updating ESI Subcodes for employees.

11. Attendance Correction Enhancement

Enhancement

For Corporate Instance Employees:

• Attendance Correction process will no longer validate Staffing End Date.

12. Template Validation Improvements

New Validation

While updating templates:

• System validates all tags
• Invalid tags will trigger an error
• Valid tags will automatically move to Supported Tags section
  

13. E&D Salary Header Validation

Enhancement

While importing Salary Headers in E&D:

• System will not allow usage of Inactive Salary Headers
