Overview
The Align Attendance feature allows administrators or HR personnel to correct and synchronize attendance records for employees. This ensures accurate tracking of working days and hours.
Steps to Align Attendance
Step 1: Login
Log in to the portal using your Administrator or HR credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to Attendance
From the dashboard, click on the Attendance module.

Use the filter option to search for the relevant employee


Step 3: Select the Day
In the attendance record list, locate the employee’s specific date entry as shown below:

Step 4: Align Attendance
Inside the selected day’s record, click on the three-dot icon (⋮).
From the dropdown, select Align Attendance.

Choose the From Date and To Date range for which attendance should be aligned.

Click Submit to submit the request.
Step 5: Refresh to View Updates
Wait for a few minutes (preferably 10 minutes) to allow the system to process the update.
After waiting, click on the Refresh button.
The updated attendance status will now appear.
